What If Episode Two: Pipanganan Capampangan Restaurant

Hello dear reader! I'm back once more for What If series! Simply put, it tackles odd solutions to some ridiculously weird problems and situations!

Here we go...

What if you're somewhere at San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines area...starving? The only thing that could curb your insatiable appetite is to suck food like a vacuum cleaner (dang...you are really hungry)! Bad news is you have only Php 200.00 to spare for some decent food!

What should one do?!?!

Fret not dear reader because Pipanganan Capampangan Restaurant is here to save your day!

Hello there Pipanganan Capampangan Restaurant!

Pipanganan Capampangan Restaurant (and Catering Service) is located at MacArthur Highway, Dolores, San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines. Pipanganan (for short) is an all-you-can-eat resto that serves authentic Filipino and all-time favourite dishes cooked the Kapampangan way! A meal costs Php 185.00 only—amazing! For the timid eaters out there, a leftover plate only cost Php 100.00—very affordable indeed!

You may be thinking by now that the taste is mediocre due to its price point—wrong guess dear reader! Kapampangans (local people of Pampanga) are known as one of the best cooks throughout the Philippines! How about the ambiance? Well...take a look at the pictures dear reader!

Hmmm...not bad!

Chandeliers up close!

They're really serious on the fancy motif lol!

The core dishes that they offer are Soup, Steamed Rice (a staple partner of every Filipino dish), Longganisa, Fried Dilis, Fried Fish, (authentic) Fishball, Beef Steak with Gravy Sauce, Kare-Kare, Fried or Roasted Chicken and Chopsuey. Several dishes that we always miss but still worth mentioning are Sisig and Fried Hito (yummy)!
